Plagiarism Policy

Jurnal RechtsVinding is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. The journal considers plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct to be serious violations of scholarly standards. All submitted manuscripts must be original works and must not contain plagiarized material in any form.

Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. Plagiarism is committed when one author uses another work (typically the work of another author) without permission, credit, or acknowledgment. Plagiarism takes different forms, from literal copying to paraphrasing the work of another. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.

This policy is applied to all manuscripts submitted to Jurnal RechtsVinding and may be updated periodically to remain consistent with developments in publication ethics and international scholarly standards.
