Jurnal Rechtsvinding employs a structured peer review process to ensure the quality, relevance, originality, and academic integrity of published manuscripts. The review process is managed through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. All articles have undergone anonymous double-blind review by two or more reviewers.
Upon submission, the manuscript is first received and assessed by the Editor. The Editor assigns the submission to the appropriate Section Editor, who oversees the editorial process.
The manuscript then undergoes Submission Review, which includes an initial check of the submission, the conduct of peer review, and the formulation of an editorial decision. Appropriate reviewers are selected and invited by the Editor based on their areas of expertise and relevant academic interests.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript and submit their comments and recommendations to the journal. Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editorial assessment, the Editor determines the appropriate editorial decision. Where revisions are required, authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscripts through the OJS system.
Following acceptance, the manuscript proceeds to the Submission Editing stage, which includes copyediting, layout preparation, and proofreading. Authors are given the opportunity to review the copyedited manuscript and proofread the final galley before publication.
The final manuscript is subsequently scheduled for publication as part of the relevant journal issue and made available through the Jurnal Rechtsvinding website and OJS platform.
